Al Roberts

Originally hailing from New England, AL’s first exposure to radio was listening to a small-town AM station in the late 1960s. By the mid-seventies, AL started taking over all his friends’ turntables everytime they got together, and they knew something had to be done! He was then sent off into the trenches as a Disco DJ, for years, learning the fine art of “doin’ the bump”.
After extensive injuries with some heavy gals, AL decided it was time to move into a safer environment, or so he thought. In the early 80s, AL was introduced to Ted Silver, and has never been quite the same…
After years of psychiatric help, and a lengthy absence from the Airwaves, Ted has recently drafted AL to once again prove that there is always a way to take it down to the next level of weirdness.
